So couple days ago I found a creaking sound coming from what seems like passenger side. I went to the dealer but could not reproduce it. So I decided to do some digging and process of elimination found the root cause.. i think.

The sound is only noticeable while radio is off and car is in stop. After much process of elimination it seems to turn on when turning the fan on. As I increase the fan speed, it gets worse. The sound is a repeated creaking noise as I would describe it.

Note: I recorded the sound from within my car and amplified it to make sure its heard.

The sound your car is making reminds me belt pulley. Or, could be boiling noise from coolant reservoir.
