Guys, I have a question for you

Any advantage of MP3 320kbps converted into FLAC ?
When I can't find any song in FLAC format, I'm looking to find it at 320kbps in mp3 format.?
But if I convert all MP3 from 320kbps into FLAC, the sound will be different or will be same?

you can't get better sound quality out of an already compressed file. Going from 320kbps mp3 to FLAC or WAV is pointless and only makes your files larger, it will NOT improve sound quality at all

Exactly this. You'd want to convert to FLAC from the original uncompressed source.
