What do you mean exactly?
I am sorry, but I don't understand.
All I can think is that you open the sunroof, you have something clipped to the visor and this causes wind noise?

the visor comes with two hooks that connect it to the vehicle. with the sunroof closed, u can hear wind noise coming from the sunroof where the hooks are.

those things just lower the mpg...i dont understand their purpose on a small opening sunroof. if its making noise remove it! its not on the car standard for a reason.

Sorry

Got it, sorry.
The long answer is, if something of that shape with clips is put on, it will create turbulence, therefore generating wind noise. The sunroof has its own deflector that does a decent job at moderating the airflow with the sunroof open. I had it open today on the highway doing 120 Kms/hr and I could barely feel the air coming in.
The short answer is, like somebody already said, "remove the said deflector".
