im sorry for double posting this, i accidentley posted to the wrong forum. so here goes...
hello, im not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes. i have a 2004 mazda3 and when i turn the wheels theres a clicking or rubbing noise and the faster i go the louder the tire noise is. i too it to the shop and they told me that i need new driver side wheel bearings. i pretty much figured that was my problem but they told me that to fix it that they will need to replace my axle for the cost of $190. my question is ,is that right? i had to replace wheel bearings before that didnt need the axle replaced, but this is a newer car and i just don know. i dont want to be cheated and i really want the problem fixed, so if anyone could help me then id be greatfull.thank you
