Nao, I have moog endlinks and the progress bar on the soft setting-playing around just to see, but so far, no complaints and easy to install once the old ones are out/cut.

I'm debating on getting 215/55/16 tires instead of the OEM 205/60/16's. My wheels are 6.5" so they should be okay.

Yes, it will be ok. I'm running 235/40/18 on a 18x7.5 wheel.

Yeah I'm looking at the General RT43 all season. I run the General Altimax winters in 205/60 on the OEM steel wheels.
