I have done some searching online for a plate relocator kit and have come across the James Barone Racing and Corksport kits, JBR being cheaper:

I'm just wondering if there are any cheaper alternatives for this setup, I have seen some DIY kits and brackets for very cheap but I don't believe any would fit the Mazda 3. Can I move my plate to that spot for under $75?

Not a tow tag, but this M6spec plate relocator kit I've on for a year now is already in production, on a limited order-basis run. No drill. Quick, easy & reversible. The maiden batch customed to PH specs has been booked by the vibrant enthusiast-filled Mazda3 SkyActiv Club PH, a handful are fellow revolutionists here.

Shipping to North America is yet to be considered and may shoot up cost. But should there be interest here, please PM me to help gauge that possibility. Thanks.

Went for joboman's link. Was just what I was looking for and at a good price. I do like the second one, but I think I prefer the toe tag look for now.
