I have a 2021 Turbo 5 Door, missing 360 cam and Traffic Jam Assist - would it be possible to enable TJA using this tool?
You are SOL, Mazda closed all loopholes for all M3 after 2019, Forscan doesn't work, Asbuilt not public published anymore unless paid subscription, Connect firmware locked to the region of purchase. I guess this forum is victim of their own success, Mazda and contractors are here monitoring and they will apply in the future the same to all models.

The real problem is not with us clients, but with Mazda itself.
When You buy your first Mazda car, 99% of clients have no idea what kind of features they're missing in that car. Also the Mazda disribuitors are not interested to sell the trims which they lack at the moment, actually they do everything they can go sell their existing trim out.
The understanding of how much features are missing in the acquired car comes only with time & experience in that car.
But Mazda policy does not permit to install additional missing features officially & exactly for that (and no other) reason we have this thread here. Actually there's a lot of people here who could pay more money for the better trim. But that trim either is not available in this country, or is missing on the market for a long period.

It is understandable also the company's desire to sell more their cars, but I for instance, am not ready to buy another car with one only feature more than I have already. The cost difference between the trims isn't really to much, and the DIY price is not much different from the trims' cost difference.

Indeed, this thread here has been started due to the deficiency of Mazda service & it's purpose is more to hasten Mazda to change their policy to the correct direction & start installing the additional features officially.
I personally would never buy the M3 BP Mazda generation with the policy like this. Also, I like my present vehicles even with the missing features & that is the best reason why I would not buy the BP.
I personally see the BP as the dead end for M3 line, even with every their improvement, exactly for their wrong service policy

Couple of new observations.

1. Every Mazda vehicle equipped with RVM has one additional 7C4-01-01 block of settings with Mazda model, Bodystyle & Market area bits in it.

2. FSC-1g. 706-01-02 B1 (relevant to & complements HBC settings):
b1b0 = 01 - LHD except CX5KE (+AUS/ASIA),
b1b0 = 10 - RHD only JPN & except CX-5KE;

b1b0 = 01 - RHD CX5KE except AUS;
b1b0 = 10 - LHD CX5KE +AUS

I can only suggest You to connect the headlights' cleaner motor via normally open additional relay contacts to the headlight bulbs. And that additional relay to be controlled by the voltage coming to windshield washers' motor. This way, when You manipulate the windshield washer pump, the headlights' washers will be activated only when the headlights are on
Just for your information, I got answer from Mazda. It is actually in the software itself not to be enabled by an bit. The Software is determined by VIN and region. I'll try to find a VIN with the perfect exact spec to my car + H/L cleaners, already ordered the BCM. If it won't work I'll have to solve it like that.

Some news about LED Turn Lights.

At the moment the originally equipped models with LED turn lights are four: M6, CX-9, CX-8 & CX-4.
And there are three bits where they are enabled:
726-01-01 B1b4=1 - for M6 SD & CX-4,
726-01-02 B3b0=1 - for M6 WGN & CX-9,
7B7-01-03 B0b0=1
- for every M6 SD(only) equipped originally with the LED turn lights & always together with the enabled bit in 726-01-01 B1b4=1; in every CX-8 (VINs in my possession, but I have no idea whether they're equipped with LED turn lights); the lonely CX-4 certainly equipped with LED turn lights (VIN in my possession) with the enabled bit in 726-01-01 B1b4=1; & a couple of CX-9 (US market) together with enabled bit in 726-01-02 B3b0=1. BTW, this bit in 7B7-01-03 B0b0=1 is never found to be used in any other case.

The certain information I obtained is only about M6 & CX-9.
In M6 WGN & CX-9 the guaranteed LED turn lights are declared only forward (no idea whether the US market CX-9 with 7B7-01-03 B0b0=1 are equipped also with the rear LED turn lights).
The M6 SD LED turn lights area declared as the forward, as well as the rear.

One more important notice - the bits 726-01-01 B1b4=1 & 726-01-02 B3b0=1 are never met to be enabled the both at the same time.
Whoever likes to experiment with the LED turn lights in the other models - this is all the info necessary
LED Turn Lights mode is the only RBCM"TK52-67-5Y0" -> FBCM"TK52-67-5X0".
"KD45-67-5Y0" -> "KD45-67-5X0" and "G46C-67-5Y0" -> "G46C-67-5X0" are not operation.
Must be replaced RBCM"TK52-67-5Y0" -> FBCM"TK52-67-5X0".
I confirmed that operation is Japanese 2015 Atenza(Mazda6).

Hi.
I found the Default Auto Door Lock Mode setting.
If reset operation(ex. CMU factory reset), return to the default setting.
Tested by the CX-5(KF-AT), ATENZA/Mazda6(GJ20-MT) in Japan.

Study RBCM:
7B7-01-02 B0 B1 B2 B3 B4 B5(checksum) in HEX
B4 - it is (in BIN):
b7:b4 - 0 or 1 = Auto Door Lock(Default function)
0000 - Off
0001 - Lock: When Driving
0010 - Lock: When Driving Unlock: IGN Off(US,JP-MT)
AT as below only
0011 - Lock: Shifting Out of Park
0100 - Lock: Out of Park Unlock: In Park
0101 - Lock: Out of Park Unlock: In Park
0110 - Lock: Out of Park Unlock: In Park
0111 - Lock: Out of Park Unlock: In Park
1000 - Lock: Out of Park Unlock: In Park
1001 - Lock: When Driving Unlock: In Park(JP-AT)

Exactly for that reason it's marked already in v.6.23.xlsx file:
7B7-01-02 B4 = 90 - JP,
7B7-01-02 B4 = 20 - any other market.

Different from those settings in that byte in original configurations are not used.

Much more interesting is the 7B7-01-01 B4b2 bit in original Auto Door Lock configuration, what really does it do there?
Since it is enabled only in exclusively Auto Door Lock equipped vehicles. Any ideas?

Can You kindly specify which exactly turn lights have You obtained enabled by replacing the R-BCM module in Atenza 2015: only the Front LED turn lights, Front+Rear LED turn lights & in which of two Atenza bodystyle vehicle?

Have You enabled the 7B7-01-03 B0b0 bit for that?

P.S. Considering that exactly TK52-67-5Y0G R-BCM module is used also in my M3 2017 does it mean that I can also enable LED Turn Lights there?

Some more results of research on M2/CX-3/MX-5 IC.

720-04-36 B3b6=1 - in MX-5 only always used;
720-04-36 B3b2=1 - i-STOP equipped;
720-04-36 B4b4=1 - Advanced SCBS equipped MX-5;
720-04-37 B0b6=1 - JP only

General IC:
720-04-27 B1b1b0=00 + B2b7b6b5b4=1001 - equipped with Advanced SCBS (FSC GSH7-67-XCX only!) except CX-8

I'm sorry I was wrong. I'm doing a lot of things...

LED Turn Lights mode is the only FBCM"GBEF-67-5X0", "KD45-67-5X0" and "G46C-67-5X0" are not operation.
Must be replaced FBCM"GBEF-67-5X0".
I replacement from "G46C-67-5X0" to "GBEF-67-5X0" confirmed that operation is Japanese 2015 Atenza(Mazda6) VIN:GJ2AW100xxx.

May be a RBCM(TK52 only) Backup battery. Function to unlock in an emergency.

From your report I have only understood that your M6 2015 is 2.2L Diesel, 4WD & Wagon type (not Sedan).
But which exactly LED Turn Lights have You enabled & functioning: only Front? Or rear also?

Very interesting. Because in the originally equipped M6 Wagon are only Front LED Turn lights enabled.
Tell us then kindly which bits did You activate in IC for those LED Turn LIghts

Thank You very much.

That is a really valuable experience, considering that in both cases with Sedan as well as with Wagon You used the similar settings designed exclusively for Sedan. The miracle is that it has worked for Wagon also.
You can check the settings of any other M6 Wagon with these original feature to find out that the settings there are in 726-01-02 block only which are used only for Front LED Turn Lights, leaving the Rear Turn Lights halogen.

The only question remains: are You perfectly sure that with original TK52-67-5X0 F-BCM in Sedan that feature could not be enabled also without replacing it to GBEF-67-5X0?

B.T.W. the VIN GJEFW3004xx (FSC Gen2) doesn't really look to belong to Sedan but to Wagon instead.
Thanks again for your practical investment

Having made more analysis, now I suspect that

1. Every vehicle having:
726-01-02 xxxx 00xx xxxx
is equipped with F-BCM GBEF-67-5X0 module, with which the LED Turn Lights can be enabled as the Front LED Turn Lights, as well as the both of them Front+Rear. Among them are - Mazda M6/CX-5/CX-9.

2. In every vehicle equipped with F-BCM TK52-67-5X0 module the Front LED Turn Lights (only) can be also activated.
Among them are - Mazda M3/M6/CX-5/CX-9.

Good luck!
