The IC with blue/green/white light only equipped in Japan market before 2017, do they sell oversea now?

I swapped a Japanese IC, it works fine and pretty fun.

Anyone trying to activate front/rear fog lights in 2018 CX-3 USA? Any idea is that should be done at BCMM?

Tried it and the DTC code didn't disappear.
