Looking for some assistance with a 2014 Mazda 3 w/ ~51K miles.

TPM came on. Tire pressure seems fine to me, but hold in the button and it won't reset.

Cruise Control begins working intermittently when check engine light came on. Code is P0504, Brake Switch A / B Correlation.

All three brake lights stopped working. Replaced fuse for Brake lights. Brake lights began working again, but TPM still won't turn off but check engine light turns off.

As I drive to get new fuse, CEL turns back on and brake lights no longer working.

Any ideas? The Brake Light switch seems to be seated properly. I am going to try and check all the fuses to see if any look broken...

It actually seems like the brake lights work ~%50 of the time. If I repeatedly tap them sometimes they turn on (and will stay on if I hold the pedal down) or sometimes they won't until I continue tapping. This doesn't sound like a bad fuse, does it?

Should the first thing I try be a new brake switch?
