Has anyone had they’re sound cut out when changing gears? Rolling the window down, turning the wheel, and using blinkers?

When I bought my 2011 ms3 the guy said it was a amp issue then got a replacement and that didn’t work either. When I start my car it takes about 3-5 mins to even begin playing music, then when it does it skips when doing the previously explained above. I’ve just been dealing with it but now both of my front door speakers have no sound coming out of them.
Does anyone have this problem or know what it may be or what to do to fix it?

Have you checked the fuses? Engine bay and kicker panel by the pedals? Otherwise, it may be wiring related (TAU behind the glovebox runs a wire set to the amp for front L/R and rear L/R and then the amp sends wires to the individual speakers.)
