Black Screen MZD (bricked MCU, fixes not working)

Hi guys, Long time reader here,
I've Read all of this: Black Screen MZD
as my issue is very similar I installed the fail-safe file successfully then turned the car off and then came back to a black screen sadly.

My Car is an EU, Mazda 3 2015 manual.

I got a ch341a programmer chip and a sop16 wire/clamp,
and attempted to re-write 0x0001000 into [00] from their former [FF]
But I only managed to erase the MCU and then didn't proceed with the replacement file (as my backup was all FFFF) so I turned the software off and searched for bin files online.

Software back on now my MCU cannot be verified in software, and I can't write any bin files to it (while it seems like I do whenever I use the read function it's all still FF),

Software's I used: I tried Neo-programmer the CH341a 1.18, 1.3 and 1.4 programmes (but maybe I got them from shady websites) here is my Neo-Programmer latest error "Verification error on address: 0x0000017F, Device: 0x01, Buffer: 0x00"

Please advise, could I have a faulty ch341a USB, could the connection be bad? OR did I just brick my MCU real good beyond repair.

It's a common mistake, after installing failsafe file many people reboot, turn car off, software message at the end of failsafe install instead of saying "No reboot required" should say "Don't reboot, continue with reinstall file".
In my bench test sometimes it will continue to work but eventually after a few reboots it would get the black screen of death.

I don't think your CMU is bricked beyond repair. Do me a favor in order to help the next person with this issue continue the conversation in "Black Screen MZD" thread. Lets start from the beginning what firmware you had and what are you trying to update to and post a clear picture of your CH341A programmer with test clip attached to ZIF connector.
