2016 mazda3 itouring hatch. 6500 miles. 12 month warranty expires in a month so it'll be covered but it is annoying. I'm going to ask the dealership to trade it for a 2017 cuz I've had problems with this car.. When I put it into reverse, nothing happens in the infotainment center. Car drives fine tho.

Ok, it seems this is related to how hard you slam the rear door. I didn't think i was overly aggressive with it when I was loading up my horn on the way to my gig, but when i was returning home, I didn't close the liftgate with a ton of force, and the camera was working again. I'll keep my eye on it tho. it was annoying.

Happened to me yesterday, was working fine all the day then stopped, had to restart the CMU: MUTE+NAV+BACK, worked afterwards.

yes, i restarted the car twice and still dint work until i did the CMU restart.
