Can someone tell me where the anti roll ( sway bar ) bar bushes are on the Mazda 3 2017 ?
I can locate the drop link but there seems to be an undertray so I cannot locate the sway bar

Occasionally I hear a noise over bumps. From the rear, I have had a mechanic check it out and he says there is no movement in my suspension components

thanks

This view is looking into the rear passenger wheel well.

The bushings for the rear sway bar are located above the rear cross member just behind the rear camber arm, I circled it in red, its in the same location on the drivers side.

Now, i am a 2018 Grand Touring premium, not sure what trim you have, and im not sure what under tray you could be talking about in the rear. mine didnt have any under trays in the rear, only the front main two under the radiator and engine.

Also, im not 100% sure what model year gen 3 had this issue, but, some of the gen 3's had rear springs that would break or start to make noise, might be worth investigating here or on google, unless someone else can confirm or reject my statement.

Could be lots of things. A flex head 1/4 ratcheting wrench with a mid length 14mm makes removing those nuts easy.

I'd be replacing end links first. Remove them and drive around to see if the noise is gone. Just make sure the sway bar is out of the way of anything.

Also just drive around a parking lot or your local residential street at slower speeds.
