Alright, so I'm thinking about getting my wheels painted and I have black mica 2010 mazda 3. I was thinking about going with the black theme since I already have blacked emblems and stuff but, I'm not so sure. So colors I'm thinking of painting my wheels are either bronze, matte black, or white. I found a black hatchback with black wheels and I like it: Black car with ... color wheels...... What do you others think about colors?

Personally, I'm not a fan of totally blacked out cars. If I was to get wheels that weren't the traditional painted or brushed aluminum, I'd go for a gun mettle finish versus gold or a painted color.

I personally like the blacked out look especially with the wheels for the ones I have seen. But, I'm willing to try something new because it won't look that bad with either bronze or white. It will be a hard decision.

Even at stock height, if you have good wheels it doesnt look bad. I am still riding stock height and I still get plenty of compliments, so honestly you don't have to rush to get things done!

Yeah, I know. I'm going to wait and see what happens for the holidays. I want the wheels painted for sure ASAP not too worried about a drop right at this moment.

Well, put it this way.... ANY REAL coilover setup will cost you in the upwards of 2K anyways. If you don't track / autocross your car, then you are in the same league as the Honda fanboi's that just want their car to be slammed Yo. If you want a "drop" then get a nice spring/strut setup. Most CO's need to be revalved/rebuilt over time (20K) with track use... Maybe 50K non track use. And these numbers are coming from experience.... Not from reading someone else's uneducated install.
