Honest John is keen on Michelin Cross Climates. However, you can't get these to fit your Mazda 3 in the UK if you have 18" wheels. I'm still looking for quieter option to replace the Dunlop Sport Max TT tyres fitted to my Sport Nav.

Just put uniroyal rainsport 3's on my 18" wheels, on my 2.2d sport Nav, Really happy so far in dry and wet conditions.

Can you get the fairly new Michelin A/S 3+'s? They handle tremendously, are terrific in the rain, and are much quieter than the Dunlops.

I see you are in UK like me. There isn't much choice is there in the UK for this wheel size. My list from Blackcircles is shown below. Do you find the Uniroyal Rainsport 3 much quieter inside than the Dunlop Sport Maxx TT? I noted the Dunlops actually have a quiet 68db rating but the Uniroyals are 72db - but these are drive by noise ratings.

Dunlop Sport Maxx TT
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A
Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31
Toyo Proxes T1 Sport
Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31
Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 K117
Yokohama Advan A10A
Michelin Pilot Sport 3
Falken Ziex ZE-914 Ecorun
Uniroyal RainSport 3
Pirelli P7 Cinturato
Falken Azenis FK-453
