Good day to everyone, I have just got new coilovers installed (BC V1) on my 2014 Mazda 3 and following that, had an alignment done. Alignment specs are as follows,

Front left:
Toe 0
Camber -1.5
Front right:
Toe 0
Camber -1.5

Rear left:
Toe 0
Camber - 1.5
Rear right:
Toe 0
Camber - 1.5

I have camber bolts installed in the front but the alignment tech told me the rear camber isn't adjustable unless I have a camber kit.

My question is, are my alignment specs gonna be ok for tire wear & handling?
I'm afraid the rear might have too much negative camber. What do you guys think?

Cheers and happy new year!

Camber, ok. Toe, not really. You need a bit of toe in for straight line stability, .08 or so is good.
Rear camber and toe are a trade-off using the same adjustment. If the camber is off the toe will be off. Usually tire wear is caused by improper toe, not camber. 1.5° of camber isn't going to cause wear issues.
