Hi,

I can't get the album cover art to work with my iPhone. I can see cover art just fine with Pandora / Aha, but not with the iPhone Music Player. Is this a software problem ?

you will see your artwork ok if you connect your iPhone by USB. Most phones don't show the artwork when playing through Bluetooth.

If you get the dealer to upgrade your infotainment system to v31 (latest version available) (this can only be done by the dealer) Then you will find that the artwork which is ok when playing through USB becomes corrupted.

The artwork in v31 is not displayed from iPhone connected via USB. I have it, I hate it.

I tested via USB as well, but to no avail. It sounds like I should stay away from v31.

It actually works fine with USB (v30), but it takes a bit to display the cover art.

I have the same issue when connecting my android phone via bluetooth. Cover Art does not get transferred.

Not sure if there is a difference between the artwork displaying on phones versus an mp3 player, but I don't have any problems with my second gen iPod nano. I have v.29.

Yes, the problem is only when using bluetooth.
