So after 120,000 miles my car finally gets a cel, it was due to these two codes - P10102, P0103 = they are both MAF sensor low and high inputs, i change the maf but still the cel was on. i went to buy this scanner, because just resetting the ecu didnt help at all. made my car violenty stall at times, seems over time my intake put some strain on the wires.

Actron CP9180 AutoScanner Plus Diagnostic Code Scanner with Live, Record and Playback Data Capability and O2 Monitor Test for OBDII (Post-1996) Vehicles

its pretty awesome, i picked one up at sears the other day after i reset the code since i already changed the new maf sensor the car has been running pretty good now. i know the dealer would have charged me an arm an leg just to tell me why i had a cel.
