Come along now all you EU and Brexiteers (UK)!!

70.00.352B EU N is now available in Modfreakz Server.

Thank you Modfreakz and me, this one was a PITA to upload (server is SO Slow, 2 hours then it dropped out at the end, 4.5 hours later and it is there)..

See what I do for you ingrates.. :) all for MAZDA love...

70.00.352B

BTW: I have not updated Changelog, it is for the exact same 'few' reasons as was for NA N 352B.
And YES 352B is still located in the 335C Folder, reasons why IF I rename FOLDER I will have to change the working links in my PDF's and I can't be
bothered right now.
Actual 335C file is now in the OUTDATED Firmware section.

DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK HASH SUM VALUE OF NEW 352B FILE AS ALWAYS BEFORE YOU CAR INSTALL IT.

Thanks a lot to all who made this possible/available!

The changelog of the NA-Version can be found here as PDF and is only two bullets:
  • [Mazda6 (US 2018-2019MY) (Mexico 2019-2020MY)] The center display turnsto a black screen due to the back light of the display turning off. (Further improved)
  • [Mazda6 (US 2018-2020MY)], [CX5 (US 2019-2020MY)], [CX9 (US 2019-2020MY)], [MX-5 (US 2019-2020MY) starting with JM1ND******308517 (built after Apr. 11, 2019)] When listening to SiriusXM radio, the sound turns off and the audio source changes to one of the others by itself, and the center display shows an error message such as “Sirius Channel Unavailable”or “Unable to Connect to SiriusXM Radio”.

Thanks. The directory name still says the previous version, could you please rename it. Also adding the hash for the file here would be of help.

I know but since this topic is solely about one version of one local firmware I guess it can be added here directly as well:

Seriously do you read it?... :)
What do I say in the FIRST Post AFTER BTW:
And YES 352B is still located in the 335C Folder, reasons why IF I rename FOLDER I will have to change the working links in my PDF's and I can't be bothered right now.
ALSO: Hash Values for all of these files are where they have always been..
Mazda _Firmware
y Checksum
EU N CMU Hash Value.txt
............................................................................
EDIT: I will rename Folder title to 352B WHEN I get the ADR 352B Version of same and then 'I may' then update the PDF and all links.

Changelog is already compiled for NA N 352B in Sever and has been there from the very beginning of my uploading of 70.00.352B NA N ..
I said above, I have log for EU N 352B but it is identical to NA N only 2 main changes, the difference in EU N logs are model and VIN Number for EU N.

Here are the changelog for EU N 70.00.352B from MME.
Like USA these minor changes ONLY applies to certain models, like Mazda6, MX-5, CX-5 and CX-9.
VIN 'TBD' usually means "To Be Determined", meaning they are not certain when 352B changes resolve the cars within particular VIN numbers, they will come out in time, but basically one just UPDATES the Firmware anyway...

So far this is the best info I have right now..

SYMPTOMS
The following symptoms can be improved by the latest software (Ver. 70.00.352).
Improved symptoms depend on current software versions.
• [Mazda6 (VIN 600001-TBD)] Center display turns to a black screen due to that the back light of the display turns off. (Further improved).
•[Mazda6 (VIN 600001-TBD)] [CX5 (VIN 600001-TBD)] [MX5 (VIN 200001-TBD)] [CX9 (VIN 500001-TBD)] Audio and display error (Further improved).

In Server ALL Changelogs have been updated in PDF to show 352B (EU N).

Go to where it has always been..
Mazda_Firmware folder
EU N folder
70.00.335C folder
(folder description will be updated to 70.00.352B when I get ADR 352B)
as all Server Links will not work once this minor change has happened, then all help PDF's will need updating too.

BTW: I have it on good authority (Mazda Australia Service Manager for my state) that this is the end of Firmware for 6th Generation, he says maybe one more update and that is a maybe?.
With all new CX-5 (delayed), new 6 (maybe) new CX-9, CX-3 (being temporarily dropped) this is the last of 6th Gen Connect.
As he says and is correct the only model that 'may' keep it alive (Firmware) is the extension of production of the current (old) Mazda 2 Hatch/Sedan...Mazda apparently is not replacing as a Sedan, possibly will be a CX-20(SUV).

Many car brands are in a bind losing shed loads of cash as Sedans are not selling, down 35-40% now, many car brands are not even making Sedans any longer.
New BP Mazda 3 was a mistake, no touchscreen, cheaped out rear suspension, and no sport model and $3K more, killed it....we will see..

As you quote me, I answer... for a Mazda 3 I see no point, as there was no fix for this model. As I drive a CX-5, I hope that my MZD got some fixes for problems I did not recognize.

Is there any advantage to update from 70.00.100 EU N to the new 70.00.352 EU N firmware when it comes to a Mazda3 2017? (JMZBN6....)
The 70.00.100 EU N was installed by the dealership during CP upgrade.

No, there is not. As .352 has no bugfix for the Mazda3. But the update to .335-version has. See EU changelog PDF at the hi-drive-server here (page 7 in PDF) for fixed bugs in .335 in relation to .100.

Hi! Do I need to update to .335 from .100A first on my Mazda 3 BN? If so, where can I find the .335 firmware, as only .352 is now available?
