Been waiting for new tires for a couple months now - Wasn't easy to pick but this is what I did

Installed 25mm spacers in the rear when the car was new. 12mm spacers on front.

Ordered BS RE-11's 225/45/17 from Costco Online $612

Cons - Summer Tires (Its Hawaii dude) - No Mileage warranty

Went to Firestone got the lifetime alignment and had it aligned - it was off. $175

Had the new tires installed at Costco - lifetime rotate and balance

Drove easy in all conditions 250 miles - good in rain storm

Brought back to Firestone - Inspect tire wear - slight alignment tune

Drive the awesome curvy road to work today - Wow

Easily faster then stocks ever where without trying- not a squeal from the tires

Much more confident now - quite, smooth and tight

Cant wait to push them more. 5 stars so far. Need to strap all the crap in my car down better.

Ill try review them again after a few thousand miles and some autocross events.

yep
they are a great tire. I have the same. I took a 15mph warning curve sign today at 50 and the car asked for more.
Only issue with the tire is as you have found is they are expensive.

Update - Tires handle awesome - Slight more noise now but still much quieter then stock.

I have 1.25" spacers in back and they will rub a little when - Full tank gas and loaded in back and freeway speed dip in road.

Im looking to roll the rear fenders cos I really like the flush look.

Otherwise Love m
