Good day folks, I’m new here and soon considering purchasing a brand spanking new 2019 or 2020 Mazda 3 GS sedan FWD. MSRP in Ontario is around $24,300 CAD

What would be a fair price by which to negotiate cost of the vehicle if I also want winter tires with Rims, and a tint job?

Welcome to the forum. Go for the 2020 if you can. There have been some bugs in the earlier cars that have mostly been worked out by the 2020 model. It is tough to guess what is a fair price in another region. I would ask for prices from a few local dealers. Take the best price to the dealer that has the exact vehicle you want and ask them to beet it.

Welcome. DPAcpa is right. Shoot for the 2020. Less bugs.

Be very sure to drive the car with the energy monitor screen on the display. Then, ensure you drive it between 80 kmh and 100 kmh and NOTE how it feels while going into- and out-of 2 cyl. mode... and while in 2 cyl. mode. Check for vibration in 2 cyl mode and during modal changes. Try giving it more gas while in 2 cyl mode. See if it vibrates.
