just received my 4 th battery replacement on my low mileage (less than 15000 miles) 2014 Mazda 3 touring hatchback. are the oem batteries that bad? on each service visit the dealer performs a complimentary vehicle check. last service on 4/10/19 and battery failed on 6/27/19!

I'm at 68000k's on the original battery in my 2014 SP25.

Most of my trips are 25km, at 80kph with the istop thing turned off. That gives the alternator time to do it's thing.

What are your usual trips? If they are only 2km to the shops, then that is what is killing your battery.

You should consider buying a trickle charger.

My 2014 went 78k without battery. My 2017 is at 27k without replacement. You got a leek (short) somewhere.
