Don't know if I am posting this in the right area of the Forum - welcome to move it if in wrong area.
Just purchased this 2014 M3 sGT at first when testing Voice Command - I'd push it down and Nothing, then I pushed it Twice and she came on and Told me to give a Command and at the same time I think Examples or something was on the screen.....then screen closes back to where it was before. And that is it everytime. Takes NO Commands.

PLEASE Help/Advise if Possible.....they made the COMAND Center believing there are ONLY Right handed people in the world....or that's what they prefer anyway. I don't have a right hand so I was definitely planning on using Voice Commands.

They didn't design it for right-handed people, they designed it for two-handed people. Mazda is a Japanese company, and cars in Japan (and the UK) have the steering wheel on the right, yet the command knob remains in the same position in the center, so people in those countries driving a Mazda3 have to use their left hand to operate the command knob. Japanese and British people have the same frequency of left-handedness as people in LHD countries (US, continental Europe).

I'm not trying to be glib, but if you're missing your right hand, it's really too bad you couldn't import a right-hand-drive model of the Mz3. In fact, any RHD car should work better for you, because you'd have a much easier time operating all the controls in the center: infotainment, A/T shifter, HVAC, etc. You'd only have a difficult time with the window and mirror controls (and how often do you use those anyway?), and maybe buttons on the right side of the steering wheel (which for the Mz3 are the cruise-control buttons), and of course the right-hand stalks (wipers). I think it's pretty difficult to import RHD cars in this country and register them with the DMV, unfortunately.

For your voice-control problem, however, does it seem like it hears you at all? Usually, when you press the button, it says something like "say a command", and beeps. After the beep, you say something. If it doesn't hear anything, or doesn't understand it as a valid command, it beeps again, but with two tones, the second lower than the first, which sounds kinda "disappointed" IMO. Try just saying "help" and see if that works.

You have to wait for the beep before speaking. I find the speech recognition 'flaky' - sometime it fails to recognise the same command. MZD Connect seems to use generic voice recognition engine since no voice training is needed.
