Hello all . I’ve been lurking and reading while awaiting my 2.5 from a 2012 Ford fusion to come in which it does this next Monday. After I get it put on with all of the parts swapped over I plan on using drtune to tune it afterwards . Anyone that has done this fairly recently how easy is their process of tuning with the 6 revisions? Did you need the tune to have the engine run smoothly and efficiently ? How was performance with and without the tune? For any context and comparison I have a 2007 mazda 3 came with 2.3L . Installed HPS short ram intake. Custom 2.5 resonator back exhaust. With the swap I will be using my existing 2.3 intake with the 2.5 intake adapter plate. Using 2.3 injectors and reusing anything and everything I can from my blown 2.3. Thank you all and much love!
