Hi guys I would like to know if this setup will rub on a 2014 Mazda 3 hatch with the stock suspension?
I have a friend who run the same thing but with a 40mm offset and nothing rub.
Do you think the 5mm offset will make it rub?
Thank you guys

Here is the setup of my friend with 40mm offset.

on stock suspension, you won't rub. but i think it'll look a tad strange.

if you lower it, it will rub.
I don't plan to lower it. I here is the wheel I want it look like this (looks good I think?), but on the picture I find the tire to small they are 225/40/18 so I want to put 225/45/18 or maybe 215/45/18 for avoiding rub!

I got Konig Oversteer wheels black in the 18x8 et 35 , with the Oem 215 45 18 tires it does a good job of filling in the wheel well, I have had a few people think my car was lower and it is not. It look good.
Amazing, I really love the look it's give!!
Thanks for the clarification. If you have other pictures fell free to post it here :)
Thanks!

Your car looks great!

By the way I love the glossy pillar frames! Did you paint them? Wrap them up or added some kind of glossy vinyl?

Also, the picture doesn't show it clearly but is the small pillar on the rear passenger door glossy black as well?

Thanks for clarifying what method you used, and for any instructions on how to achieve this! :smile2:

I have a spare set of rims in this exact setup of 18x8 et 40 with 225 45 18 tires. Your friends get zero rubbing even on the inner fender liner at full steering lock left or right?

Stock height it shouldn't rub with 8" wide wheels and +35. I've got Rotiform RSE +35 8.5" they didn't rub at stock height but lowered you definitely need to roll the rear as it will scrub going over bumps.
