Have this creaking noise. Listen to the video. What do you think? 2008 Mazda 3. Been making this noise when turning left or right. This is with the car on jack's, engine off. Will make the noise eng off/on stopped or very slow. When driving fast no noise. When I hold the left stabilizer end link, when the steering creaks I can feel the end link almost rattle or transfer that noise, so I'm thinking I need end links. I also have the right CV joint boot torn and grease everywhere, but its making this noise without the wheels rotating. I also listened to the top of the strut mounts and they didn't seem to be making any noise. I sprayed the shit out of the strut mounts from the top and bottom with no change to the sound. I also spray the sway bar bushing with also no change to the sound.

Yep, very noticeable creaking sound. I'd be inclined to drain/purge/refill the power steering lines and reservoir. It's easy to do, cheap, and needs to be done occasionally anyways. Who knows, that might be the cause of the creaking.
Already replaced the fluid. The fact that it makes noise without the engine running also eliminates the power steering pump as a cause.
