So I got Xentec HID's two weeks ago and the ballast both went out a couple of days ago. I was able to get replacement ballasts since its a 2 year warranty and I don't want to have this happen to me again, should I get bigger amps to run them , should i get anti flicker or what should I do...

Got Xentec 3000K Fog Light HID Kit that I bought for my 2010 mazdaspeed3 but never put it on. Comes with everything except the double sided tape. Asking for $30 shipped. Payment through paypal!
