What's the best VIN decoder to use for a Mazda? One that hopefully indicates when and where the car was made. :)

I always thought these cars were all made in Japan. I just found out it was made in Mexico with the exception of the Transmission which is Japanese. How many of the Mazda 3's were made in Mexico?? Mine is an 18' 2.5 Touring Any difference or problems with the ones made in Mexico?
