My 2016 Mazda 3 2.0 just hit the 60,000 mile mark. I would like to have a transmission drain and fill/filter change performed now for the first time, and then About every 30,000 miles after this. That seems to be what most people recommend as far as preventative maintenance.

So I bought the Speedline Solid Strut Bar, and when installing it I noticed that the flange is pretty thick and the stock nuts will not go back on.
Did you just buy a different style of nut or what was your solution.

I have just purhased a 2005 1.6 DI Diesel Turbo, when i do hard acceleration the yellow engine light comes on solid and enters limp mode. soon as i cycle the key it goes back to normal and the light goes out untill i accelerate hard again in 4th gear around 60mph this happens.
I decided to try some solid shifter bushings on my Mazda 3. They came with good directions and pulling the console covers off was a breeze. Before I unbolted the shifter, I grabbed the shifter bracket and tried to moved it, and noticed it was firm and there was hardly and movement in the stock...
Does anyone have the solid shifter bushings installed on their 6MT skyactiv. Is there a write up on how to get to and remove the old rubber bushings in our cars?
Also do they really improve the shift feel and how?

Ok guys, so since its freezing out and i dont wanna wear like 20 coats just to do any mods, i wanna do an inside one like the Solid aluminum shifter bushings for the gearbox.
Now my questions are. Do these fix the missing 3rd a lil better? i miss 3rd gear quite often and it seems to be...
Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but anyway, I just received my solid shifter bushings that I have purchased from JBR. I tried to switch them tonight but had trouble on disassembling the 2 ball joints from my shifter... I saw someone posted that he/she has used a needle nose...

My new '11 MS3 has about 500 miles on it and I did my first mods yesterday after work.
Everything was done in about 45 minutes including a test drive after the RMM was in and before I did the bushings.
