Hi, if anyone knows fix to this little problem of mine. How can I set FEM to show after turning engine off?
I have set button "show screen at ignition off" in settings on, but after turning car off, it shows i-stop screen instead FEM screen?!
I would like to see this...
I have been driving for about a month (just over 3000km) and fuel economy stabilized to 8.8L/100KM (26.7mpg) based on my driving but for the last few days it had been randomly rising and had reached 12.3L/100KM (19.1mpg) but I believe it's just software glitch as my fuel used is about the same...
Hi all. I just bought a Mazda 3 hatchback 2018. I am thrilled, the first two or three rides have been quite a joy.
When I filled the car with petrol, the range-meter was pointing at 611 Km (380 miles). I 've made a trip from my house to my parents home, 173 Km ((107 miles) distance, (highway...
In my quest for increased fuel economy, I've come up with an idea that I wanted to run by you guys...
"Economy" and "Economy+" settings for your air conditioner:
- Economy mode would only operate the compressor when the throttle input is at 0% for 5 seconds, regardless of whether or not you...
I hope I'm not posting something that exists already. I am the owner of a 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv, hatchback.
When I acquired the vehicle in February 2014, it was used of course, only had about 40,000.00KM on it. During the first year, perhaps 2, the fuel economy was terrific.
Not sure if this has been asked before but is there a way to change the units displayed at the fuel economy monitor?
my unit show xL/100km I find it kinda hard to estimate at first glance and convert it from time to time to km/L
I just want to change it to km/L
Has anyone figured out how to automatically reset the fuel economy app? I have ticked the setting to say that it should sync with Trip A, but resetting Trip A doesn't seem to make a difference to the app. I was expecting more bars to appear in the bottom chart on the page with the charts (can't...
I just got my Mazda3 hatchback in October :) I love the car. I commute pretty far every day usually with the husband, so it's a great little car for that.
Unfortunately I'm feeling a bit disappointed right now - I was issued the gas tank and canister recall on my first oil change. They ended...
I have my infotainment system upgraded from v31 to v55 which fixed media player freezing problem when skipping MP3 tracks to quickly. So I'm happy.
However I noticed when I turn of the car's engine, the system no longer display fuel economy app displaying MPG of my last drive.
Ive run into an issue where i'm getting TERRIBLE fuel mileage.
Right now, i'm getting 16.7 MPG, or 14L/100K.
Ive put all my stock items back on, (all i had was a K&N intake)
Cleaned out my throttle body (without removing it)
Cleaned out MAF & even bought a new one
I'm still confused about something regarding the trip meter A and B and how it relates to fuel economy screen. Hopefully, you guys can clear a few questions for me :)
The Infotainment fuel economy monitor screen is split into 3 sections:
The third section represents the exact same value as...
So I was looking at the 2015 models and I noticed that the fuel economy ratings are quite different for the 2015 models compared to the 2014.
The 2014 states
Fuel economy city/highway (L/100 km)†
While the 2015 states
Fuel economy city/highway (L/100 km)†...
I like to closely monitor my fuel economy, but every time I start the car, I have to go to the main infotainment screen en click away in some sub-menus. Isn't there a shortcut to go directly to the fuel economy screen to view the bar graphs? Maybe a voice-command?
Thought it would be interesting to have a thread dedicated solely to fuel economy numbers (MPG) just for the Mazda 3 2012 & 2013 Skyactiv engines.
Please post what you drive (which year, sedan or hatchback, manual or automatic transmission, where you live, what you have been getting for MPGs...
Howdy all, just bought a 2014 iGT / Manual, and am pleased so far with the fuel economy. I have a nearly ideal commute - 50 minutes through farm land with not much traffic - just a few lights, stop signs, and lots of hills.
Anyway, here's my "high score" so far after about 2 weeks:
On the Mazda website, the GX should get 6.7 L/100 km city. I only do city driving, and I'm getting 11.1 L/100 km. Granted, I only have 500 km on the car, and the winter has been rough where I live. Hoping this gets better as I continue breaking in the engine and as the weather gets better.
