I've notice that about 10% of the time that I restart the car the cruise control is deactivated; as in, I need to turn in ON again before I can set a speed. Is there something I'm doing that is causing this?

I have a 2018 GT. When cruise is set on back roads and I am driving through the twistiest the car seems to turn off cruise control on hard corners then picks up again on straights. Does anyone else notice this? Does it do this because of g-forces, steering wheel angle, etc?
